Mylah Garlington brings 20 years of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist. She graduated from Howard University a B.S in Health Sciences and continued on to complete her Master’s degree in physical therapy at Georgia State University. While earning her degree, she developed a love for the orthopedic specialty and has dedicated her career to rehabilitation of all types of orthopedic conditions and injuries. She specializes in the treatment of runners and dancers in all styles.
Mylah’s treatment philosophy emphasizes total wellness and educating patients on how to live their best physical lives. She listens intently to the needs and goals of her patients and tailors each treatment plan to maximize their potential.
Mylah is a lifelong dancer, swimmer and avid cyclist who has competed in open water competitions, triathlons, and countless cycling events. Her love for dance will never die and she can still be found dropping in to local dance classes.
